Since the emergence of swine flu in Mexico last April hysteria about a swine flu vaccine has developed. Where the genetically engineered Mexican swine flu at first appeared deadly, as the original 1918 flu had been, it quickly became evident that the virulent form was not being transmitted. Instead, the H1N1 flu, intended to be deadly, had become extremely mild.

ZetaTalk Explanation 5/2/2009: It is very obvious that outside of Mexico, this flu outbreak is not fatal. In fact, it is described as being a very mild flu. Why the difference between infections in Mexico and elsewhere? Cloning activities do not always succeed, due to man's clumsy steps and lack of knowledge. This bio-engineered virus was sliced and slammed together. Flu virus is notorious for mutating, and this one has, in a reverse direction, becoming less lethal as it passed from one to another. Those who were directly exposed but did not die passed the virus on, but in a modified state. Second hand infections were the passing of modified virus which survived the immune systems of these individuals, and this virus was only one of many in the original mix. What we are telling you is that the strong virus, the one capable of killing people, inciting a 1918 type of response, did not survive in the human body, and thus was not passed. What passed was a second cousin in the mix, which was mild.

Despite the mild nature of the Mexican swine flu being spread around the world, the WHO eventually declared a pandemic. In a normal seasonal flu season, up to 500,000 people worldwide die from flu. Yet the Mexican swine flu epidemic has only killed approximately 2,000 people worldwide to date.

ZetaTalk Explanation 7/11/2009: The current swine flu is no more deadly than the seasonal flu that assaults the populace every year. It is mild. The only reason it is getting attention is due to it being a new variant, so immunity to this flu is not present in the populace. Thus, it is spreading during the off-season, and getting in the press.

The World Health Organization (WHO), in charge of making the decisions of whether to declare a pandemic, seems in a panic.

The global spread of swine flu will endanger more lives as it speeds up in coming months and governments must boost preparations for a swift response. There will soon be a period of further global spread of the virus, and most countries may see swine flu cases double every three to four days for several months until peak transmission is reached. WHO has declared the swine flu strain a pandemic, and it has killed almost 1,800 people worldwide through last week. WHO earlier estimated that as many as 2 billion people could become infected over the next two years - nearly one-third of the world's population. Health officials and drug makers are looking into ways to speed up production of a vaccine before the northern hemisphere enters its flu season in coming months. Estimates for when a vaccine will be available range from September to December. WHO has stressed that most cases of swine flu are mild and require no treatment, but the fear is that a rash of new infections could overwhelm hospitals and health authorities, especially in poorer countries. Ordinary flu kills about 250,000 to 500,000 people each year.

There seems to be a panic to develop a vaccine and vaccinate as many people as possible.

Government health officials are mobilizing to launch a massive swine flu vaccination campaign this fall that is unprecedented in its scope -- and in the potential for complications. The campaign aims to vaccinate at least half the country's population within months. But even as scientists rush to test the vaccine to ensure it is safe and effective, the campaign is lagging. Officials say only about a third as much vaccine as they had been expecting by mid-October is likely to arrive by then, when a new wave of infections could be peaking. Although the swine flu appears no more dangerous than the typical seasonal flu, the new virus - known as H1N1 - is likely to infect many more people because most have no immunity against it. Officials stress that they are proceeding cautiously. A final decision to move forward will not be made until they get the results of clinical trials - testing to determine safety and dosing - and assess the virus's threat. Fears and misinformation about the vaccine are circulating, including inaccurate claims that it will be mandatory.

Per the Zetas, panic at the WHO is due to internal fears that the people who genetically engineered the Mexican swine flu strain in the first place will unleash another variant in the fall. Thus, the WHO is trying to get ahead of the curve, immunizing as many people as possible for as many flu strains as possible.

ZetaTalk Explanation 8/8/2009: The statistics for this current swine flu are such that it is an extremely mild flu, with a tiny fraction of the deaths normally associated with a flu season. It has been noted by many that the WHO seems almost frantic to develop a vaccine against this mild flu. They have publicly given the reason that they fear it will mutate into a stronger virus in the fall, taking everyone by surprise. But the truth is that they fear those who developed the virus in the first place will try again, and are hoping to create an immunity in the populace that will slow the spread of such a new monster.

Thus, the contradictory messages. The Mexican swine flu is extremely mild, and the spread appears to have already peaked. In Switzerland, for instance, they are preparing for a mandatory vaccination program while their most respected immunologist states that any danger is already past.

The respected Swiss immunologist Beda Stadler has said that the swine flu pandemic is over. Professor Stadler said in an interview widely printed in the Swiss media last week: "The dangerous pandemic virus has mutated to a normal summer flu." The number of cases should be doubling every week if the virus were really as dangerous as claimed. "According to the numbers of the Federal Office for Health, the peak of infections occurred two weeks ago. Since then, the numbers have been going down rapidly." He said that the swine flu pandemic was over in America. "America has already passed the high point of the swine flu. There even fewer people visited their doctor that in the case of the normal flu." The Bern University immunologist's assessment is in strong contrast to the Swiss government's view; it has announced it is expecting 400,000 extra doctors visits in autumn and is preparing for a mass forced vaccination campaign.

The rumor mill is frenetic, declaring that martial law will be instituted to force everyone to become vaccinated. But a check with the CDC shows no such hint of mandatory vaccinations.

CDC is releasing new guidance that recommends actions that non-health care employers should take now to decrease the spread of seasonal flu and 2009 H1N1 flu in the workplace and to help maintain business continuity during the 2009-2010 flu season. The guidance includes additional strategies to use if flu conditions become more severe and new recommendations regarding when a worker who is ill with influenza may return to work.

The WHO website also only indicates guidelines, not mandates. Nor does the department of Health and Human Services (HHS) show such strong arm intents. The HHS states that states are responsible for declaring mandates.

Individuals may be denied admission to the U.S. if thought to have a communicable disease of public health significance, as defined in CDC regulations. Individuals also may be isolated or quarantined by the Federal Government, or restricted from moving within or between states, if thought to have been exposed to or to be a source of infections to others of a communicable disease listed in an executive order signed by the President. State governors generally may restrict travel within their states and access to their states. Individual state law should be consulted to determine permissible exercise of this authority. In addition, a rush to vaccinate against a swine flu carries the potential of increasing the incidence of Guillain-Barre Syndrome, a paralysis that can be caused by a temporary auto-immune reaction to components in the vaccine. In 1976, when a mandatory vaccine against the swine flu was ordered within the US, 25 deaths occurred from this cause alone, more than died from the swine flu. At that time, the mandatory program was quickly stopped, in disgrace.

A warning that the new swine flu jab is linked to a deadly nerve disease has been sent by the [British] government to senior neurologists in a confidential letter. It tells the neurologists that they must be alert for an increase in a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine. GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, causing paralysis and inability to breathe, and can be fatal. The letter, sent to about 600 neurologists on July 29, is the first sign that there is concern at the highest levels that the vaccine itself could cause serious complications. It refers to the use of a similar swine flu vaccine in the United States in 1976 when: more people died from the vaccination than from swine flu, 500 cases of GBS were detected, the vaccine may have increased the risk of contracting GBS by eight times, the vaccine was withdrawn after just ten weeks when the link with GBS became clear. and the US Government was forced to pay out millions of dollars to those affected.

Where this drama moves next is in the hands of man, who has free will, and thus, per the Zetas, cannot be easily predicted.

North Star Wobble

Long-exposure photos of the North Star taken since Planet X arrived in the inner solar system in 2003 show the wobble. Long-exposure photos center on Polaris and hold there, so the circling stars should center on Polaris exactly. But if the Earth moves to either side or up and down during the filming process the circling stars would be slightly off-center.

The North star is fixed, it should be a perfect circle, like it has always been. I have seen pictures of the North Star with other stars going around it all my life and they have always been in a perfect circle. Not off to one side. It is not the brightness of the stars, it is the symmetry of the circle. It should be perfectly round.

Examine how well recent North Star long-exposure photos are centered on Polaris from these photos. In Wikipedia, in a photo dated 2006, Polaris is not centered for those stars closest to it in the view. The center is somewhere to the left of Polaris, skewed to the left, in fact.

In an 11 hour exposure in a 2007 photo taken by StarTrails in Europe (and featured by NASA) one can see a skew to the left in the verticle compression waves when the photo is reduced in size, versus the horizontal compression waves which are completely horizontal. Again, as with the Wikipedia photo, the stars are skewing to the left during the exposure.

In discussions on the wobble, the Zetas have been queried as to why the North Star does not appear more off center than expected. Their answer is that just as the seasons are simulated, by tipping the globe toward the Sun and then away from the Sun, the view of Polaris is likewise guarded to simulate normalcy. Nevertheless, the wobble is detectible in long-exposure photos made where Polaris is the anchor. Polaris itself does not wobble during these exposures, as it is the anchor for the camera.

ZetaTalk Explanation 5/19/2007: While simulating the seasons so that mankind going into the pole shift does not freeze or fry, or so the establishment does not panic and mow the populace down in the streets out of fear of losing control, there is always something that is amiss to clue those with eyes open as to what is going on. The constellations may be close to where expected but the Sun radically off during sunrise or sunset. The sunrise and set close but the sunarc at high noon off. Or all is well with the sun but the constellations are askew. Since Polaris is so closely watched, used to align scopes and the like as an anchor, our manipulations almost invariably include moving it up or down in the dome, but not to the side.

During wobble checking in December, 2004 it was noted that Polaris would be too high or low in the dome, but without a high variance to the side. Those taking long-exposure photos anchor on Polaris, and thus are unaware of its position being too high or low in the sky. But those noting the altitude, the distance from the horizon, have always been quite aware of Polaris being out of position.

I wrote to you on Oct. 27 and told you that Polaris was at 40° in North central Washington state. We are near the the 49th parallel and Polaris should be at 49°. Well now almost forty days later [Dec 14, 2004] we are at about 30° for Polaris. At the current rate of descent or wobble as the Zetas call it we should have three days of darkness in about six weeks. I was amazed at the amount of wobble I witnessed in an eleven hour spread yesterday evening and early this morning. Starting at 4:52 pm (Dec.20) Polaris was at Alt 38 degrees. Then at 7:53 pm Polaris had moved to Alt 34 degrees, and then this morning two hours before sun up at 6:07 am Polaris was at Alt 28 degrees.

Phobos Monolith

The presence of the Annunaki on a moon of Mars, Phobos, and on Mars itself in the past has recently hit the news. Buzz Aldrin, an astronaut who walked on the Moon, is giving interviews and talking up the monoliths on Mars and Phobos.

Per the Zetas, there is no question that the Annunaki were on Mars in the past, mining for gold ore just as they did on Earth. Per the Zetas, the missing water on the surface of Mars was diverted underground when the Annunaki washed their ore.

ZetaTalk Explanation 7/15/1995: Mars met its demise as a result of visitors from Planet X, who set up mining operations on Mars in preference to Earth where large carnivorous mammals roamed about in great numbers. Where the atmosphere on Mars was thin, it was ample, so the visitors set about using what water resources they could muster to wash the ore they were after. In so doing they sought to control the run-off on the relatively flat surface of Mars, and did so in a thoughtless manner by directing waste water down a culvert. Thus precious water increasingly was sent underground, and a chain of events was set in motion that could not be reversed. The surface of Mars cooled as the atmosphere thinned, and the freezing surface accelerated this process. Earth now looked more promising, especially as they had little alternative. Eventually, after being quarantined from Earth, they learned how to create and maintain their own atmosphere in air tight chambers, and thus relocatable they have continued their mining operations within the Solar System, on this spot or that, and are here still.

Two monoliths have been revealed, one on Mars and one on Phobos, a moon of Mars.

Mars Monument 'Proof of Life'

This mysterious monument could be proof there was once life on Mars. The rectangular structure - measuring five metres across - was photographed by a super high resolution camera on the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. The giant monolith juts out of the planet's surface casting a huge shadow below. The monument resembles the black monolith seen in Stanley Kubrick film 2001: A Space Odyssey. And astonishingly Buzz Aldrin, the second man to walk on the Moon, revealed a similar monolith was detected on Mars' moon Phobos. Speaking last week, he insisted: "We should visit the moons of Mars. "There's a monolith there - a very unusual structure on this little potato shaped object that goes around Mars once every seven hours.

Both monoliths have a triangular shape, 3 sides, and are quite tall.

Recently, researchers Lan Fleming and Efrain Palermo produced a provocative analysis of an apparent ''monolith'' on Phobos' surface that appears inconsistent with the rest of the satellite's rounded topology. The '' monolith'' shown above, appears to be an unexpectedly tall outcropping of some kind. Ads it appears in isolation and contradicts the surrounding terrain, an argument can be made for artificial origin.

The Zetas have stated that the Annunaki moved to Phobos after they ruined the atmosphere of Mars, mining Phobos from the inside in a temperature controlled, secure environment.

ZetaTalk Explanation 10/15/1996: It is rumored that one of the moons of Mars, Phobos, is inhabited by the giant hominoids from Planet X, and this rumor is correct. They have burrowed into the interior of this relatively small moon to conduct a mining operation, but this is not the only reason. As we have mentioned, they ruined the surface of Mars with these mining operations. What thin atmosphere Mars had essentially disappeared when the water was diverted into underground caverns, cooling the surface until the remaining water froze. Mining the caverns of Phobos allows these visitors several advantages:
* They remain out of sight of Earth telescopes, and thus hope to evade interference of visits from curious humans.
* Atmosphere and temperature control is easier within an enclosed space.
* The moon's surface affords a thick and almost impermeable shield from bombardment from space trash such as dust and small meteors, which would continually pepper them if they remained on the surface of Mars.
What occurs when one of NASA's probes drifts close to this moon? Monitoring equipment stationed on the surface of Phobos by these visitors alerts them to the approach of something other than space trash. Not wanting to be observed or to become the object of curiosity, the giant hominoids simply put the eye out of the probe. This is done with a laser, the same mechanism they use to send signals to one another at great distances but devastating to delicate electronic equipment at close range. Send a probe to Phobos and oops, the probe stops working! Any attempt to fly a manned shuttle to Phobos to explore the operation would also meet with disaster and death, and such an attempt is therefore ill advised.
