Per the Zeta, there are FEMA plans in place, instituted under Obama's direction, to accommodate massive numbers of homeless refugees when the New Madrid and other pending catastrophe's hit the US. Per Zeta predictions, which the Zetas have stated the Obama administration takes quite seriously, the Seaway will pull apart, the New Madrid adjustment will pull the center of the US on a diagonal, and the San Andreas will then adjust, setting off west coast volcanoes. The US will thus get a tripple whammy - Seaway, New Madrid, and West Coast. A year ago, on July 17, 2010, the Zetas revealed the status of FEMA plans under discussion.

ZetaTalk Revelation 7/17/2010: We have mentioned that FEMA and the US government have plans for a worst case scenario, where so many tens of thousands, if not millions of people are homeless due to simultaneous disasters that they are literally standing in the rain. Such a state is conceivable for the New Madrid disaster, for instance. What then? We have mentioned worst case scenario plans such as a type of martial law edict that every home with a spare bedroom be required to house a homeless person or homeless family. Another option on the books is to confiscate idle farmland and transplant homeless families along with seed and gardening implements and flocks and herds, so that they are forced to feed themselves or starve. These groups would be of a similar cultural background to their neighbors for the least amount of friction during such a transplant operation. Beyond these two extremes, the situation today where homeless families are seeking assistance from local governments and churches and the worst case scenario, lie the zone where individuals will increasingly be encouraged to reach out and help their neighbors.

Now it seems these plans have firmed up, and are public in the form of Executive Order 13575! The Zetas have much to say about this very significant Executive Order.

Sixteen percent of the American population lives in rural counties. To enhance the Federal Government's efforts to address the needs of rural America, this order establishes a council. There is established a White House Rural Council (Council). The Secretary of Agriculture shall serve as the Chair of the Council, which shall also include the heads of the following executive branch departments, agencies, and offices: [25 federal agencies]. The heads of executive departments and agencies shall assist and provide information to the Council, consistent with applicable law, as may be necessary to carry out the functions of the Council. Each executive department and agency shall bear its own expense for participating in the Council.

ZetaTalk Analysis 7/23/2011: We revealed a year ago the FEMA plan under Obama, to deal with potentially millions of homeless during forthcoming disasters in the US. Executive Order 13575 is proof that this IS the plan, despite whatever interpretation conspiracy websites might conclude. This is not part of the New World Order, nor it is targeting small farms or actively productive agricultural land. Take a look at the list of agencies in order 13575, 25 in total. It encompasses the entire federal government under the control of the Executive Branch!

• The rational for this Rural Council is to assist rural areas, so why is the Department of Defense, Veteran Affairs, and Homeland Security involved? Guarding the borders from invasion will be replaced by guarding survivor camps, clearly, with the Federal Communications Commission on board to assist such endeavors.
• If economic development is the goal, then why bother with Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Transportation, Energy, and Education? Such sociological infrastructure develops as a result of population increases, and their involvement is not required until such an increase occurs.
• If survivor camps were to be setup on idle land, confiscated from farms of whatever size, and to include national parks, this would explain the inclusion of the Department of Justice, Interior, Domestic Policy, and placing Agriculture as the head of the council. Contracts would be broken, and lawsuits in this regard limited to the point of exclusion.
• Economic development as the ruse would explain the inclusion of the Department of Commerce, Labor, Economic Advisors, Small Business Administration, and Science and Technology Policy. But building survivor camps in the interior would also require extensive coordination of existing labor pools.
• If law enforcement is expected to be overwhelmed keeping order in survivor camps, with a need to relax law enforcement in other areas, this would explain the inclusion of Environmental Protection, Environmental Quality, and National Drug Control Policy. The rules designed to protect the environment over human interests would be relaxed.
• If the Rural Council is to be funded from existing agency budgets, then why the inclusion of the Department of Treasury and the Office of Management and Budget? In the event of catastrophic Earth changes in the US, all funding would be diverted to priority issues.

Rogue Waves Explained

From the start of the ZetaTalk saga in 1995, the Zetas have predicted erratic high tides, rogue waves, and whirlpools in the oceans to all be on the increased and occurring seemingly without explanation from human scientists. Not storms, not the result of a tsunami after an earthquake, so what caused the rogue waves? As with booms and flashes over land or water, also unexplained by human scientists, per the Zetas these are the result of heaving land, undulating under pressure as the Earth twists and jerks back and forth during the daily Earth wobble caused by the presence of Planet X.

ZetaTalk Explanation 6/15/1997: Violent wave action that swamps large ocean going ships and the booms from clapping air caused by under water plate movements will be lumped in with earthquake activity.

But rogue waves have not been tied to earthquake activity successfully. Take these two examples - a rogue wave hitting a Norwegian cruise ship in the Altantic off the US eastern seaboard in 2005 and rogue waves swamping boats in the Mediterranean off Marseille in 2010. Note that both these incidents are in the stretch zone, where plates are pulling apart, and thus earthquakes or plate movement generating tsunami are not the explanation.

A 26-foot wave smashed into a cruise ship carrying nearly 2,000 people in the Mediterranean, smashing glass windshields and killing two passengers. The ship was hit by three "abnormally high" waves up to 26 feet high. The ship is 680 feet long, and features 10 passenger decks and 732 staterooms along with various bars, pools, restaurants and shops.

ZetaTalk Prediction 9/11/2004: Confused investigators look for reasons for disasters that have their etiology in Earth quietly pulled apart, rock flakes pulled away, rather than pressed together, so that no quakes occur. The stretch zone is that sinking feeling, where support weakens, the ground sinks, and silently so. We have repeatedly stated that the Earth changes will not diminish, but will increase going into the pole shift. This is not a lineal matter, as the closer Planet X comes to Earth, an inevitable path, the more the torque effect and the polar wobble where the N Pole of Earth is pushed away violently on a daily basis, occur. By precisely shaking a shallow container of water, researchers have now observed two new types of waves that have never been observed before in water. These new wave architectures may not look like much, but they inform our knowledge about large amplitude waves and their formation in the ocean. That's a good thing to know about, as large-amplitude waves also go by the names "rogue waves" and "tsunamis" in certain contexts.

Stretch Zone Rivers

Within days of each other bridges collapsed in Hangzhou and Wuyi in China, Rios, Argentina, and in Rakai, Uganda. The common links is that all are either in stretch zones or where 7 of 10 plate movement is expected, and all involve rivers, which per the Zetas lie along weak points in the crust, easily pulled apart.



On July 14, 2011 a mountain bridge in Fujian provence of China crossing over the Chongyang River collapsed without warning, and the following day, on July 15, 2011 a bridge in Hangzhou crossing the Qianjiang River collapsed. Remember the Hangzhou UFO that appeared in July, 2010? Per the Zetas, this large mothership, seen down along the China coastline, was warning the residents that they would participate as the Sunda Plate was pulled down during the 7 of 10 plate adjustments.

Parts of two bridges in different areas of China have spontaneously collapsed within 24 hours, causing many injuries and killing one. Both bridges are less than 15 years old. There was no indication of an impending collapse; it just happened abruptly.

ZetaTalk Explanation 7/10/2010: Hangzhou is on the line of breakage as the tongue of the Eurasian Plate is pulled down and under the Indo-Australian Plate. This is the line so active in sinkholes lately, from the point where the Himalayas are pushing into China across to the coast. The UFO was reported, sighted, as far south as Guangxi and Guangdong provinces, which are likewise along the coastlines in the regions being drawn down as the tongue of the Eurasian Plate is being bent. The plate bending is at present gradual, and only exhibited by dramatic sinkholes that have developed.

On July 18, 2011 a pier collapsed along the Parana River near Buenos Aires, which per the Zetas is a region pulling open as S America is pulled over the Nazca plate during the S America roll. The Zetas predicted this yaw to be a silent adjustment, and the pier collapse was indeed that.

A large portion of this areas of the pier collapsed and dragged the waters of the Parana two people, an unspecified number of cranes, a tanker loaded with 34, 000 liters of fuel and a truck.

ZetaTalk Prediction 10/9/2010: When the seaway at Buenos Aires rips open, this is a silent adjustment, as most stretch zone adjustments are. The residents will recover from any earthquakes to see the far shore of the seaway at a greater distance, and the mouth of the Rio Parana widened.

On July 19, 2011 a bridge in Rakai, Uganda crossing the River Naludugavu collapsed. Uganda is in the stretch zone of Africa.

Sea Monsters

Are they emerging from the deep, or just being washed ashore during the increasingly roiling and erratic ocean currents? The skeleton of what might be a sea monster washed ashore at Aberdeen in the UK recently, but biologists say the decomposing body is likely that of a pilot whale or perhaps a killer whale. The skeleton doesn't look like either whale species, though some similarities exist. Members of the Pole Shift ning speculate it might be a frill shark though these are found only in Asia.

Curled up by the foot of sand dunes was the 30ft-long body of the unidentified animal with head, tail and teeth all discernible. Experts are now examining the pictures with one suggesting it could be the body of a whale. A marine life expert at London Zoo, said the body could be that of a killer whale or a smaller pilot whale.

Such a mystery creature was found recently on a Japanese beach, likewise not truly identified as a known species. In any case, it is clear that the groaning plate movements are making our sea creatures restless, and they are arriving thus on our beaches.



ZetaTalk Explanation 9/9/2006: There are more species than man is aware of, and certainly during disruptions they are more likely to come to notice of man. This creature is deep sea, not roaming near shore, and does not take the bait that fishing boats troll with. Thus, unless a deep sea exploration cell were to take sight of it, it remained unknown to man. Turbulence in the ocean, under sea volcano eruptions, and in particular emissions from rock as the fault lines under water are stressed drove this creature too near shore, where he was helpless to fight the tides!

Wobble Documentation

The Internet has been abuzz lately with reports of the Sun rising and setting in the wrong place, and the Moon being out of place. Most of these individuals are unaware of the ZetaTalk predictions and explanations, and are highly puzzled about the lack of mention on the main stream media about what they, personally, are observing. One individual took timed shots on July 4, 2011 of the rising and setting Sun from the S Pole to demonstrate the oddities he is observing. The camera is pointing south. Note that the Sun rises, then seems to drop below the horizon, then reappears to set. Skymap indicates the Sun should never be visible on July 4! Those on the S Pole report that the Sun has appeared early during their waning Winter. The Earth wobble, well documented!

On January 3, 2010 in Issue 166 of this newsletter the Inuit indians reported the Sun too high in their Summer sky, but the figure 8 daily wobble at that time had the N Pole region leaning toward the Sun at noon over the Americas. As Planet X has come closer, the N Pole has been pushed away more steadily, giving the entire Northern Hemisphere cooler weather.

ZetaTalk Explanation 2/5/2011: As has been present since the wobble ensued in 2004, the Earth wobble takes the form of a figure 8. At the point in the wobble where the mid-day Sun is over Italy, the N Pole of Earth is leaning toward the Sun, which is why the Sun recently appeared two days early in Greenland and Norway and Alaska. This then progresses to be the point where the Sun is over the N American continent. At this point, the N Pole of Earth is moving away from the Sun again.

Weather wobbles were also documented from Saskatchewan where an alert observer noted the wind direction changed dramatically. These are weather wobbles, which are often seen on satellite views.

Looking on the Weather Channel here on-line, the clouds were moving from SW to NE and then suddenly moved to NW to SE. The sudden change in direction was so obvious and more so than in previous times the weather has changed. When the direction changed the threat of thunderstorms seemed to vanish and the 32 Celcius weather changed to 19 Celcius in under an hour! The change was evident in the North as as well as in the Southern part of Saskatchewan.
